About Hoffman Realty... We started renovating apartments in 1991. We are an owner-operator... not a hired management company. Thus, our tenants are our customers. We are not like some absentee landlords, we maintain direct involvement with all of our tenants. We are very focused on keeping all of our properties in good repair and making further investments as the market place allows us. We like taking something good & solid... and making it better. Providing you with a positive rental experience is one of our goals. As an example, we will always attempt to have maintenance personnel respond to your needs within 24 hours after we learn of them. It's important to us that your living conditions are such that we would be happy to rent from us as well ! We generally try to price our apartments below the market place.
